This mouthwatering dessert was made using Leah's Gourmet Mango Kiwi Sauce.

You too can now try your hand at creating this divine treat. The recipe in its entirety is posted below :)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp confectionery sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup “Leah's Gourmet Mango Kiwi Sauce”
1 cup Sara Lee pound cake cut into small squares
1 cup fresh cut mango chunks
1 tsp Natures Valley vanilla honey granola
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, confectionery sugar, and vanilla. Using a handheld mixer, beat until the cream is fluffy and you see good medium size peaks.
- In a parfait glass of your choice, layer the cream then mango. Next, pour mango kiwi sauce and add 1/4 pound cake. Keep layering until your glass is full. Sprinkle granola over the top and garnish with a piece of pound cake and mango.
SIDE NOTE: Serve immediately after making or refrigerate up to 4 hours (because of the fresh whipped cream.) Alternatively, you may use cool whip in place of fresh whipped cream to keep longer in the refrigerator.
